In 2015 Workshop on performance management: Secondary school administrators and owners. Held at Zanzibar by kibada Education complex limited.
In 2014 Training on school management and administration-held at Temeke municipal council.
In 2010 I participated at Peak Performance International Company as an associate trainer. For the purpose of training and capacity building for youth to the society.
In 2009 I participated to the development of curriculum and learning materials of Gender Training Institute (GTI) which is under the TGNP Tanzania Gender Networking Program as a curriculum developer.
